Cancellation terms and other small print

"small print" is important too: please provide the exact number of persons 4 days before your event at the latest. That number is the guarantee number and will be charged by us. Any further person will be charged in addition. If it does not work out this time:
No worries, you can cancel your event up to 10 days before without charge. Later cancellations will be charged at 50% of the total costs.
Our rates: for fewer than 10 persons in one of our large seminar rooms the rates are adapted or an additional room rental will be charged.
